  • Ano po ang dress code?
    Dress comfortably: Lalaki: loose shirt/tshirt + and loose pants /jogging pants. Babae: comfortable blouse/ tshirt + loose pants/jogging pants, Siguraduhing maluwag ang suotin para magawa ang lahat ng movements. Mahihirapan kayo kung tight fitting clothes. Huwag pong magsuot ng sando, short-shorts, mini skirt, tank top, revealing outfits. Hindi rin kailangan magsuot ng special footwear.
  • Ilang tao po sa isang group para makapag-appointment?
    At least 6 guaranteed participants, maximum of 10 guaranteed participants. Tawag lang po kayo upang mapag-usapan.
  • If I'm late for the session should I still follow?
    Madalas, on time nagsisimula ang course. Higit sa lahat, sequential ang pagtalakay ng mga topics kaya mahalaga na sabay-sabay tayong magsisimula. Kung ang isang participant ay ma-le-late ng15- 20 minutes, mas mabuti pong sumali na lamang sa susunod na pagkakataon.
  • How different is RefreshLife from other self-help courses?
    Marami-rami din ang pinagkaiba: 1) Tungkol saan ang kaalaman. It shared knowledge about the thinking being inside that body - at ang impact nya sa body. Most self-help courses are about either the mind only or the body only. At RefreshLife we belief it is paramount to understand both, and their connection with each other. 2) Para sa mga bata at matanda. It is open to a wide range of ages - from school-going children to retirees. 3) Libreng serbisyo. We don't charge for the course. Tanging oras at pang-unawa lamang ang inyong bayad.
  • Bakit po ito libre?
    Sapagka't ito po ay isang corporate social responsibility project. It is a CSR project of Kadluan Management Corporation Philippines, in partnership with Inner Space Manila.
  • Which religious group do you belong to?
    Hindi po religious group ang RefreshLife. Ito po ay para sa lahat, ano man ang inyong paniniwala. RefreshLife welcomes individuals from any social, ethnic and economic backrgounds, as well as any gender orientation. We only ask that you come in good spirit, with an open mind, and a willingness to participate in the activities for your own benefit. The course is conducted in Filipino with some English.
