What has made us physically firm might have made us mentally inflexible.

We have been taught to stand firm and straight all our life. Tuwid. Firm. Huwag hukot, huwag pipiki-piki. It has helped shape our posture and even our confidence.

But as it has made us firm, it might have inadvertently made us mentally inflexible. Do we find it difficult to change? Too rigid in our ways? Resistant perhaps? And yet the most constant thing in life we face is change. Shouldn't flexibility be our dominant characteristic?

Nagugulantang ka ba sa mga biglaan? Do we find it difficult to adapt? Nahihirapan bang matuto ng bago? How can we learn to cope with life’s sudden shifts, emergencies, rush?

The answer is flexibility.

RefreshLife demonstrates how a more flexible mindset and physical stance can help us become more resilient, better capable of adapting to whatever life throws at us.

Feet apart, mildly bent knees, loose shoulder and neck able to thrust forward and backward whenever necessary. Flexible not rigid, so whatever life throws at us we can sway easily just like a bamboo. Hindi tutumba sa mga challenges. Experience how we can be more flexible all the way at the next RefreshLife Playshop.
